Установка .Net Framework 3.5 на WinXP SP3

Пытался установить .Net Framework 3.0 и .Net Framework 3.5 на Windows XP SP3. В процессе установки использовал следующие файлы: dotnetfx3.exe, dotNetFx35setup.exe.
Оба вылетали с ошибкой. Лог-файлы содержали следующие данные:

Решилось удалением файла %systemroot%\system32\wmphoto.dll.
